1. Wrong Product Policy

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

After verification:

  • If the correct product is available in stock, we will provide an exchange.
  • If the product is not available in stock, a full refund will be issued.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

2. Defective or Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, Bonduki will provide a replacement after verification.

To verify your claim, we may request product photos, videos, or other necessary information.

3. Change of Mind Policy

Products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind.

Please review the product description, specifications, and images carefully before placing your order.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Broken, burnt, or physically damaged products.
  • Products damaged during installation or use.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment.

After Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order after shipment, the applicable delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

If a customer refuses to receive the shipment after it has been dispatched, the delivery charge may still apply.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product has been received by us.
